FANTASTIC! We had a Friday night emergency, no cool air, 100 degrees outside.Our regular HVAC company could not help me. One Hour HVAC sent me Justin within an hour on Fri night and he had the air conditioning up and humming within 30 minutes, he was professional prompt and kind .One Hour is now our new HVAC company we are now members. Corey was great. Explained everything about the costs and repair of the current system along with the cost of a new system. This helped me a lot to decide on what to do. After all the options were shown to me I felt very good about my decision. No pressure, just good advice.
I can’t brag enough on Kaleb Meredith and Joe Gallistel in our repairs today. Their arrival was nothing but professional and respectful. Found the opportunity within the unit then followed a solution within a timely manner. From Troubleshooting to Problem solving an hour within my home and they were done. Quick, efficient, and most of all customer satisfaction at its finest. By going above and beyond to reduce the noise also while being called for a different reason.
