My technician was Brian, his work was good, he came in and assessed the problem and had my part changed out in no time. I paid a service fee of $105 and $300 for a new capacitor. Google said that part can range from $150-$450 when installed by a HVAC technician so I guess it was reasonably priced.

They were AWESOME!! The service tech brian came out was neat in appearance and very knowledgeable about my hvac system . Went right to work and did a excellent job servicing and fixing my unit. Showed me things about my system noone had showed me before to help take care of it. I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A HVAC COMPANY I CAN STICK WITH!!! Great job one hour heating and air ellis county!!!
