“Indiana One Hour was the only company available (of at least 3 others that I contacted) to come out and service our non-working furnace on the same day, during Thanksgiving holiday weekend. They sent Larry whom was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. After declining the service that day, I had to call them back for the repair. They sent Romaney the next day whom was pleasant and completed the repair quickly. He, too, was knowledgeable and provided a helpful tip about the type of filters we were using. Warmest (pun intended) regards to the team at Indiana One!”

“I was very nervous about my furnace not giving heat as I procrastinated to call because of the cost. I called this company they sent a technician Chris out and he fixed the problem I signed up for a monthly fee and they come out once a year for servicing and didn’t pay anything out of pocket. Chris was amazing nice and very informative and walked me through everything. I am so happy and will high recommend to anyone . I’m going to post on my community page and promote this company absolutely 5 star for sure !!!!!!”

“We want to give a shout out to Tom S. from Medina! He came to our house on Thanksgiving Day when our furnace quit working. He was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. We needed a new control board that wasn’t available until the next day due to the holiday. He left several space heaters for us and contacted me immediately the next morning to say he had the part and was on his way. He explained all of the issues he found and did an incredible job. We’re so appreciative of Tom and One Hour Heating and AC!”

They were very reasonable and worked hard to get the parts needed to fix the problem. I would highly recommend! I’ll be using them moving forward for any issues with our HVAC system.”
