“Tyler did great work -- efficient, polite, professional, none of the obvious intentional obfuscation of the work that was required to make it seem more complex, or any other 'slick' tactics often seen with other companies. I spoke to multiple people with reception/dispatch and all of them were capable and kind. They were clearly busy, but still able to make time for me and find me a same-day opening to handle a last minute heating emergency during a cold snap. Next time something with the house goes awry, One Hour will definitely be my first call!”

“Aaron came to our house quickly on a Sunday to help out with a furnace issue. Another company had been to the house twice in the past week, billed us both times, but never fixed the problem. Aaron was awesome! Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and patiently explained the source of the problem. Quickly got our furnace going and offered future assistance if we had any other issues. “The technicians were great and explained everything very well. Considering this was a same day service call right before an expected snowstorm, I found the price pretty reasonable. I was impressed with how they went out of their way to even makes sure they didn’t park in front of my and my neighbors mailboxes as we don’t have off street parking and the postal employees will threaten to not deliver if the area around the mailboxes isn’t completely clear. Overall an amazing job completed quickly and competently. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Oscar was outstanding! He walked me through the process and what potential issues I may be having. Explained the whys and what options I had. I was able to make a decision without obnoxious pressure. Afterwards, he got me set up and now my heater is fixed just in time for the weekend freeze. “This 5 stars in this review is strictly for our technician gage. He was professional built good rapport and was informative on everything he was doing. Other then that our experience with this company was absolutely awful. Waited 3 months for our furnace to be fixed after being told initially we would only have to wait 5- 7 days for the part to arrive. We called many times to check on our part and kept getting told we would receive a call back that never came. Thank you to gage and the manager that helped resolve our issue. We are greatful for that much”

“Everyone is SO kind & professional!!! The lovely lady that answered the phone when I called was AMAZING! The service technician Josh, was extremely professional & knowledgeable; he explained all of the details and showed pictures of the furnace maintenance he performed. He also installed our Nest Thermostat and once again explained everything to us. He is an amazing, kind and extremely courteous young man who is a fantastic ambassador for the company & absolutely knows his business! I highly recommended One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Company in Lees Summit, MO!”
