Gage did an amazing job with repairing my HVAC unit. He had the part I needed a day before he came out to my home. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I needed a blower motor. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. Gage arrived when he said he would. I will most definitely be calling One hour heating and AC again. Reasonable pricing and awesome customer service. Thanks again Guys
Anthony did a great job assessing the issue and fixing it! We were able to repair our unit and get the house cool again. He was very professional and informative and even took a look at the furnace for us. Would reccomend.
Chris Walker and his assistant installed a new mini-split at our home. They arrived promptly considering their long drive from Myrtle Beach. They performed thoroughly and professionally and were careful to keep us informed and involved in the process. The new unit seems to work perfectly. They also took time to show us how to clean filters and noticed that the ceiling fan needed to be redirected and also did that for us. In short, a very impressive perfomance.
The technician, Garrett, showed up to my house on schedule. He was very polite, listened to find out what our issues were with the unit, and then explained the work that he was doing. Afterward, he followed up with us to make sure that we understood everything that was done and to show us that everything is working properly. Before he left, he also made sure that our next service appointment was scheduled in the system. Great job all the way around!
Joshua was pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, and conveyed all the details to me with pictures. Love his professionalism. Thank you for such a great customer service experience. As far as the price…I’m not sure it was a bit pricey to me but I never had the type of service performed on my unit before. I’ll have to ask around on that part but the customer service and work was great…thanks again.
It's not like your A/C unit breaks all the time and you already know all the great repair and service firms. So, I looked up their reviews and the competition and saw similar reviews. What separated this company was their BBB A+ rating and I could see why in the technician that came to my house. David, asked me the right questions, understood that I knew what the cause was and I wanted a solution. Dave was about to tell me several options they provide, and I told him just give me the right solution, so I don't have this problem again. I got the solution I was expecting and signed up for them to execute the solution. David was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely call on them again, but hopefully I will not have to.
From the first call in to Luke to Francisco- amazing service! Francisco explained everything, was mindful of his footprint in our home. Super patient, since I was momming that day. Took to time to re-explain everything to my husband. Got us signed up for the monthly service and was all around great! Best part! A/C repair and cold air! Mathew was our tech and he was great. Very professional and friendly. Quickly identified the concern we had, offered suggestions. AC was working fine. Will ask for Mathew nest time.
Brandon Parish came out to do A diagnostic on my air-conditioning unit because it was not blowing cold air. He went through all of my options and the best one to suit my needs. Brandon was informative on what was needed to repair and extend the life of my AC unit. I would highly recommend.
