“Brent and the team at Aspen One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning were terrific. Brent assessed my needs for a new gas forced air furnace. Brent recommended an Amana furnace which I really like. It heats up my house nicely and comes with a 10 year warranty. I also like Aspen’s annual maintenance program which will provide annual maintenance on my furnace every year in the fall and give me peace of mind that my heat exchanger does not have any rust and there are no carbon dioxide leaks.”

“I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He truly cared about my concerns and addressed any questions I had. The day of my install he followed up with me to make sure his install guys arrived on time and wanted to make sure he had the correct names on the warranty paperwork. He also had dropped off space heaters for the days that I was without heat! Nothing but praise worthy things to say about Sam! Logan and Kirby did a fantastic job installing my furnance and air conditioner! They were professional and left behind no messes. Logan showed me had to work my brand new fancy thermostat which I really appreciated. Logan also replaced one of my old breakers free of charge. During the install the Install Manager stop by to make sure everything was going good and on-time which again just proved to me I made the right choice by choosing One Hour Heating and Cooling! I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling! I will be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs!”

“Deshaun Clark visited our house to do a service call and full system check up because things didn’t seem to be functioning properly with my system. Due to the thoroughness of the full system checkup it was quickly determined that the system was running properly and it was in fact my thermostat. It was quickly replaced and the system was running on what has proven to be the coldest night of the year. Every dealing I’ve had with 1HR Heating & Cooling Techs has been nothing but exceptional. Deshaun Clark definitely exceeded our expectations and is continuing the excellence we’ve experienced to date.”

Romaney was fast, professional, and extremely thorough—he had our heat restored on a bitter cold Indiana day, getting my family comfortable again in no time. He also went above and beyond by identifying potential microbial growth above the coils, allowing me to collect a swab sample to be analyzed at my lab so we could fully understand the situation.
