“Called for repair of fan motor, Zuber inspected the whole system found several issues that other companies did not discover, ending up having to replace whole system for a new one. Old system was over 10 years old had rust, corrosion all through system in attic, to include not up to code on installation of old unit that was never brought to our attention, from several other companies that served unit in the past. Zuber showed pictures , videos and explained everything step by step what needed to be done. One hour inc. dismantled my old system and installed a new system within a few hours. Installers were professional and paid attention to detail and explained everything step by step. Will definitely use them in the future for maintenance”

“Installation was on time as discussed with their comfort advisor. Some wrong parts were ordered but it was taken care of in a timely manner. With it being a new central heat and air unit on the market it was to be expected to have a parts compatibility issue. Can’t say it was their fault, things happen. Been a member with one hour for a couple years now and will continue to be. Overall I am satisfied with the service and quality of the installation of the new unit.”

“Problems with heating zone controller. Tim diagnosed the issue, updated the firnware for the circuit board, and tested the system. Excellent work! We also had him replace a thermostat.”

“Ross arrived at my house in less than an hour after I called. My humidifier was leaking water and he quickly found the problem. He left to get some parts and was back in a couple hours. He had it fixed quickly and replaced some other parts that were leaking as well. He was super knowledgable about my humidifier and furnace. He was also very neat and wore booties over his shoes.😊 Another great thing was that he called afterwards to make sure everything was working correctly. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again”

“I had 2 different quotes which were extremely higher than One Hour Heating was. Bob and Steve were very professional and explained in detail exactly what I wanted. They cleaned up everything and didn’t leave a mess which as a homeowner of course is important. If you want professionals and good quality work then you need to call One Hour Heating and ask for Bob.”
