Jordan was awesome!! We just recently bought our first home and 2 months later the AC stopped working during a heat advisory. Jordan arrived an hour before scheduled time and has us cooling off 20 minutes later. He made sure everything was fully operational before he left!! He’s an asset to One Hour Heating and Air!!

i’ve used one hour in the past and have always had great experiences. so i scheduled a regular tune up on our ac unit. the tech, oscar was very nice and super quick l! he did a great job of explaining everything to me!
Julian Sanchez was very efficient and took care of the issue. He explained well the situation and he did with the unit . Very professional and good nature. Great asset to One Hour Air condition excellent service. .
Jeremy Milligan was fantastic. He was extremely friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was happy to explain every step of his work and what he was doing. I would definitely recommend this company but even more so I would recommend Jeremy. I will be requesting Jeremy for all of our future HVAC maintenance and/or repairs

I would totally recommend this company. To family friends neighbors enemies whoever! They came same day and repaired my HVAC. The owner and Technician (David and Richardo) were very professional and courteous. They were on time and quick.
My AC went out yesterday, I called at 7am and was able to get on the schedule. That was so fast. I have a service contract with them. When Ferrell got here he quickly diagnosed that it was the capacitor and he had what he needed in the truck. While here he checked my system and said everything seemed in working order. My house is cooling down .Thank you Dunn you've got great people.
