“I hit overpriced due to the $251.00 charge to replace a $5-$30 part. I have had the same part replaced for $150. Unless you can do it yourself your going to pay the price. Josh were very thorough with the repairs. He went way beyond "just fixing the broke part". He inspected the entire unit. Inside and outside. You would think he was doing a paid maintenance on the unit. Definitely recommend One Hour A/C”

“You guys did an excellent job. My heat went out in the middle of the night and you were able to get here the same day to make sure it was back up and running. I was lucky and it only needed a reset and filter change. I was only charged for the technician inspection, super fair and super affordable. I will likely be signing up for their maintenance program for future issues and cleaning.”

“Christopher was wonderful, promptly recognizing the problem with our thermostat. Timing was very important as my daughter and her family with three young children went on a “winter vacation” to our beach house. The thermostat was broken and it was the coldest day in the Outer Banks in a long time! Thank goodness, The problem was diagnosed and a new thermostat Installed within two hours of the initial call!
