“My A/C went out on a Thursday night. I called in Friday morning to schedule an appointment with One Hour. Brandon arrived Friday afternoon to assess and give me several options. He explained each one in detail and didn't push me in my decision making. Keep in mind, my heating and cooling unit was 26 years old. I decided to go with the best option available, especially since they offered payment plans. Saturday morning, bright and early, Cameron and Sedric arrived. Without hesitation, they got straight to work, removing my old units, cleaning all my duct work (which has never been done) and prepping for the new units going in. Sedric and Cameron put me at ease with their professional approach and attitude during the entire job. After working tirelessly all day, I now have a brand new, updated, top of the line heating and cooling system, with a great warranty and a piece of mind. “Aaron came to our house quickly on a Sunday to help out with a furnace issue. Another company had been to the house twice in the past week, billed us both times, but never fixed the problem.
