“One Hour A/C and Heating has been servicing my HVAC system for 16+ years and I have received nothing but excellent service for the entire time that I have been with them. No issues and no complaints whatsoever. For the past Summer, it was becoming increasingly obvious that my ' ancient' HVAC system had to be replaced, "grunted and moaned" during startup and did not run smoothly. I finally decided it was time for a new a/c and furnace. James (One Hour's service technician) was a great help in explaining the purchasing process that was involved. Kudos to the installation team (Kevin, Bobby, Dominic, Jesus, Gustavo) who did an outstanding job! The complete installation took approximately 4 hours including a thorough cleanup. The furnace is running great and I can't wait until next Spring and Summer when we use the a/c. Thank you One Hour!”

“The technicians did a great job. They were very professional and polite, and knowledgeable about the services they provided. However, why this company wanted to charge 300 plus for a run capacitor is mind boggling. The part itself runs 10-30 dollars. I will more than likely not be a return customer.”

“I had One Hour Heating & Cooling out for my yearly furnace inspection and maintenance, and they also installed a defrost thermostat on my outdoor unit. Jason Bingaman was the technician who handled everything, and he was outstanding from start to finish. Jason was extremely professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He explained what he was doing, answered every question without rushing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. On top of that, he was great with my pets and genuinely amazing with my kids — patient, friendly, and just an all-around good guy to have in your home. It’s rare to get this level of customer service anymore, and Jason delivered it effortlessly. I’d absolutely recommend One Hour Heating & Cooling, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Jason as your tech.”

For our pre Fall checkup BRYAN came & did a thorough investigation, replaced the filter & very politely answered all my questions. He is a very patient knowledgeable teacher. There was no charge for this call as it was covered in our service maintenance contract.”
