One Hour Heating and AC of Lee's Summit continues to live up to every expectations we have of them. So much so that we have taken a contract with them on both of our AC and heating units. Nathan Dowdy was our technician today and he was awesome. He explained everything he did, why he did it and he offered to fix our humidifier (which we agreed to have fixed). This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a AC/Heating company.

I had an emergency on a Sunday (no heat in December), my usual provider could not come. I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. 30 minutes later I had a technician in my house. The fee was simple to understand and reasonable. The problem was fixed. The technician was courteous, explained things clearly. Best service I have had in a longtime. We used one of their promotions to have our furnace checked up before winter. The technician (Nate) was very helpful, thorough, and professional. There was one issue that was difficult to figure out, and he kept working with us until the issue was solved, even though it actually involved multiple returns to the house. The last appointment he even brought other technicians to help solve the problem. After they solved it, the technicians stayed at the house and observed the furnace working to make sure it was okay. Some other companies use promotions as an opportunity to upsell you on unnecessary services or parts, but One Hour didn't do that. In fact, even with all the work they did, they only charged me the initial promotional rate. This makes me believe they are an honest, customer-friendly business. I highly recommend One Hour Heating if you need furnace work done.

We have had two service calls from One Hour this summer. Nate L. came to do our AC check-up. He was very courteous and thorough. He explained what he did and made recommendations for the future, yet without any pressure. This week we were having a leaking issue with our mini split unit. I called the office Monday afternoon and they sent Caleb and Jacob over on Tuesday. I was impressed with the quick service. They were both very friendly and professional. It was a little tricky to figure out what was causing the leak, but they persisted and were able to discover the cause and fix the problem. We are Comfort Club members and we highly recommend this program. We have used One Hour for years and we have been very pleased each time we've had service. Great company and caring owners!

One Hour was able to repair my air conditioner same day for an affordable price. Fixed the issue at hand, rinsed out my unit since it had cottonwood fluff in it, and advised me on issues that may pop up in the future. For 20 years, our home has been an arid wasteland in the winter.
