“Exceptional service. On the coldest day of the year our furnace stopped heating our home. With a 9 month old I was desperate to get someone to come out quickly. I already had a company that I worked with for our furnace and AC maintenance but even though I was a service member they were not able to come as quickly as I wanted so I started making calls. I think she went over and above what was required by sealing up some of the air leaks around the furnace area where your guys had to do some sheet metal work to connect the new furnace as it was shorter than the previous one. “Very dissatisfied with this company. We had them out in October to do a full service on our heating and cooling system for a home we just bought. At that time we signed up as members of the Lees Summit location and ended our membership in the Overland Park location that we used for years. After being told everything was working well we found the humidifier was not working when we started the furnace. They came back in December and had to install a new capacitor and water line. Today we found the humidifier was running a river of water out of the box and the furnace would not heat the house. Called the company and they have no idea who we are, and were going to charge a service call. To Members. Or should I say to former members. Anyone know a reliable heating and air company. As an amendment to my earlier post, Jim from the company called and apologized for the call center who took our call, and he sent a technician out the same morning to fix our problem. Very good customer service.”
