We recently had an issue with our furnace not working properly, and Josh was dispatched to our home. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful. Despite his relatively young age, his expertise was immediately apparent. He listened carefully to my description of the problem, performed a thorough inspection, and quickly and precisely diagnosed exactly what was wrong with the unit. He clearly explained the issue and the necessary repairs before proceeding with the work. The lady that took the call was so nice! I called the local company that serviced the unit last. They couldn’t come out for about a week. Great job everyone.”

“Matt Maynard gets the job done. He fixed our Aprilaire 800 humidifier. We had another company look at it first. The other company came out twice for the same issue with the humidifier and spent a couple hours each time. Matt identified the problem in 30 minutes. Wow. He knows his stuff. Matt was not only knowledgeable but polite and kind. He explained everything. We bought a service contract for One Hour Heating and Cooling in Lee’s Summit. Matt is welcome every time as our HVAC expert. Thank you!!!!”

“We were having issues with our heat and Matt came out promptly to look at everything. He spent as long as it took to figure out the problem and make a diagnosis. He was honest, polite and very thorough. You can tell he really knows his stuff!!
