“Very dissatisfied with this company. We had them out in October to do a full service on our heating and cooling system for a home we just bought. At that time we signed up as members of the Lees Summit location and ended our membership in the Overland Park location that we used for years. After being told everything was working well we found the humidifier was not working when we started the furnace. They came back in December and had to install a new capacitor and water line. Today we found the humidifier was running a river of water out of the box and the furnace would not heat the house. Called the company and they have no idea who we are, and were going to charge a service call. To Members. Or should I say to former members. Anyone know a reliable heating and air company. As an amendment to my earlier post, Jim from the company called and apologized for the call center who took our call, and he sent a technician out the same morning to fix our problem. Very good customer service.”

I also want to call out Brett Wilson, the technician who helped us leading up to the install. Brett was extremely professional and thorough. He laid out all of our options, handled the energy programs, rebates, and discounts, and ultimately saved my family a significant amount of money while still delivering a high-quality system that keeps our home comfortable. Great people, great service, and a company I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing HVAC work in the Lee’s Summit area.”

“I am writing this review to highly recommend the services provided by Josh from One Hour heating & Air. We recently had an issue with our furnace not working properly, and Josh was dispatched to our home. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful. Despite his relatively young age, his expertise was immediately apparent. He listened carefully to my description of the problem, performed a thorough inspection, and quickly and precisely diagnosed exactly what was wrong with the unit. He clearly explained the issue and the necessary repairs before proceeding with the work. The lady that took the call was so nice! I called the local company that serviced the unit last. They couldn’t come out for about a week. Great job everyone.”
