Shout out to One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in San Ramon. I called them for a rental property in Danville, and they promptly came out and addressed the situation with my heater. They gave me a few different options with no high-pressure sales tactics. After choosing the best option for my budget, they had it up and running the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any heating or air conditioning problems.

The $198 price was for 2 seasonal service Tech visits and any recommendations if necessary for the system to operate at peak performance and efficiency. We are very satisfied with J.T. Dunn-One Hour and the very qualified and polite Techs that visit our home. We love our Trane system they installed too.
I am very impressed by this company. Michael Geary did a great job. Chris and Donnie did a terrific job on the installation. Larsen was fantastic on finalizing the system and installing the thermostat. Very professional, thorough, and honest. Whoever owns this company does a great job of setting the example for a very good corporate culture.
