“Brent and the team at Aspen One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning were terrific. Brent assessed my needs for a new gas forced air furnace. Brent recommended an Amana furnace which I really like. It heats up my house nicely and comes with a 10 year warranty. Jason installed additional ductwork and grilles in the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and basement. Now my new furnace is running super efficiently and the house is cozy warm! I also like Aspen’s annual maintenance program which will provide annual maintenance on my furnace every year in the fall and give me peace of mind that my heat exchanger does not have any rust and there are no carbon dioxide leaks.”

Drew (field supervisor extraordinaire) got me a better solution, saved me $3,000 and was able to restore emergency heat (FOR FREE) in the interim. The techs showed up when scheduled, worked hard and replaced everything in just a few hours. What a stroke of luck to have called these folks. “During the holiday season we noticed a horrible smell seemingly coming from our basement. I called a plumber, an HVAC tech and an exterminator to no avail. I gave one hour heating a call purely out of desperation. Tyler came! He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by not only finding the issue but by potentially saving our lives. Unknown to us, a squirrel had fallen into our chimney and made it all the way into the basement through the hot water heater's exhaust pipe which was causing carbon monoxide to be leaked throughout my home. The issue was resolved and we're safe. Thanks again Tyler, you're a godsend!”
