Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “Nelson was great. Very professional. Explained everything in simple terms. Listened to my description of the issue of eooms being different temps and having different amounts of airflow. Checked the units thoroughly. Found the outdoor unit was drawing 8amps when its 60°F out and max is 13amp. Explained that in the summer it will be overworked and is likely to burn out again. Also found the wiring was placed too close together and would arc with slight movement. Adjusted wiring so each connection is further away. Checked rooms by feel with unit running and felt noticable difference in temperature and airflow. Recommended another tech come out and inspect ducting and airflow as it seems like the cause of the issues.”
