“Came home from dinner last night and no AC called River city one hour air condition could send somebody out that night. With no extra charge.We said no tomorrow morning would be fine. This morning, Michael showed up around 9 AM earlier than we expected. “We received first class service from our tech Andy this evening! He was super knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and efficient. He quickly identified what the issue was with our thermostat and related outdoor wiring and he solved our problem very quickly. I was very impressed with how quickly our AC was working again from the time I put in the service call to the time I paid the bill (which was very fairly priced in my opinion).
