“I give this compnay the absolute highest rating. The reasons are as follows: 1. Very responsive: I called One hour, they returned my call quickly and serviced my furnace same day. It made a huge difference for us (furnace was not working and it was cold). 2. Extensive knowledge: The tech was able to diagnose our issue quickly and resolve the issue in short order. The issue was a bad thermostat causing a short that was blowing the fuse in the furnace; the fix was fast once diagnosed. 3. Great rates: Compared to some competitors, charged a very fair rate. I highly recommend one hour for furnace repair -- A++”

“I was very, very impressed the service that did the maintenance he was wonderful. He listened to me and he actually told me about something that was under our 10 year warranty that we paid for and I thought that was amazing because usually people don’t do that and you guys fixed it he was a great great guy. I just thought everybody that you had was professional and really really nice and listen to what I said because I wasn’t easy. I’ve had a lot of trouble with you guys in the past, but not you guys just the unit but no wonderful wonderful”

“One Hour A/C and Heating has been servicing my HVAC system for 16+ years and I have received nothing but excellent service for the entire time that I have been with them. No issues and no complaints whatsoever. For the past Summer, it was becoming increasingly obvious that my ' ancient' HVAC system had to be replaced, "grunted and moaned" during startup and did not run smoothly. I finally decided it was time for a new a/c and furnace. James (One Hour's service technician) was a great help in explaining the purchasing process that was involved. Kudos to the installation team (Kevin, Bobby, Dominic, Jesus, Gustavo) who did an outstanding job! The complete installation took approximately 4 hours including a thorough cleanup. The furnace is running great and I can't wait until next Spring and Summer when we use the a/c. Thank you One Hour!”
