“Tyler did great work -- efficient, polite, professional, none of the obvious intentional obfuscation of the work that was required to make it seem more complex, or any other 'slick' tactics often seen with other companies. I spoke to multiple people with reception/dispatch and all of them were capable and kind. They were clearly busy, but still able to make time for me and find me a same-day opening to handle a last minute heating emergency during a cold snap. Next time something with the house goes awry, One Hour will definitely be my first call!”

I was able to make a decision without obnoxious pressure. Afterwards, he got me set up and now my heater is fixed just in time for the weekend freeze. “I walked in uncertain about my failing AC, but the technician from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating of West Palm Beach was incredibly professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the air conditioner repair while explaining each step. The service was fast, courteous, and the house felt comfortable again in no time. “Waking up to your home being 55 degrees with a new baby in the house is not a good feeling. After calling another (big) company in town at 5:30am and not hearing back by 8:30 I decided to call One Hour Heating and Air! Thankfully by 12pm Mario was here diagnosing the problem and got our heat going again. He was kind and efficient and the price was very reasonable for the repair and maintenance! I still have not heard back from the other company…”

“Everything turned out great ,after they sent me the top guy ,that had experience in hooking up automatic humidistats ,I hope they keep him,otherwise all is good ,just took a couple of tries with different techs ,then finally got a tech that was top notch.i would use them again.”

The folks at 1 hour make everything easy; from the annual reminder, to scheduling the appointment, to the great technician, Jake, who walked me through each of the system checks (very thorough) and the great shape our units are in.
