“We called One Hour on Friday and had a brand new furnace installed by Saturday afternoon!! We had been without heat for a few months and with the impending ice storm on the horizon, we needed our furnace fixed ASAP. Unfortunately a repair wasn't feasible. Robert was awesome and gave a great recommendation for a new furnace with the same brand and within our budget. Desiree was nice and walked us through the financial piece. Robert and Myles did great removal and installation work. They were very thorough and any concerns we had were addressed right away. The pricing was reasonable in regards to the current (01/2026) economic climate. I highly recommend One Hour for your HVAC needs.”

“My heater started acting up a day before the big snow storm. Juan came out that same day and throughly looked at everything and it turned out to be an easy fix. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciate that they were able to fit me in today. I will definitely be using them soon for maintenance on my heater and other things.”

“The process was great and smooth from start to finish. Alex came to service my heater and we discussed replacing my AC and water heater. He gave a quote, and once I approved it, it took only two days to complete everything. The installers (for both the AC and Water Heater) were very courteous and professional and left no mess behind! 100% satisfied!!!”

“We had problems with our unit the level of attention we received from Simmons One hour heating was great everything was handle in an extremely professional manner by Daniel with consideration to our home and property. I was also extremely pleased with the well mannered technician Bryan who was patient, kind, personable and very knowledgeable. Thank you Daniel. Bryan explained everything went over everything more than once to make sure everything was properly functioning and made sure I understood the technology. It made the transition from an old unit to a new unit feel like a weight lifted from us. One hour Simmons have always been kind and understanding no matter what concerns I have had in the past as well as present we have been loyal customers for over 15 years and will continue to do so because even if the staff changes the quality of service does not wavier they continue to stay completely professional and humble. “The technicians were great and explained everything very well. Considering this was a same day service call right before an expected snowstorm, I found the price pretty reasonable. I was impressed with how they went out of their way to even makes sure they didn’t park in front of my and my neighbors mailboxes as we don’t have off street parking and the postal employees will threaten to not deliver if the area around the mailboxes isn’t completely clear. Overall an amazing job completed quickly and competently. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”
