Luckily for us it was a situation that he could address while he was at our home and did not need to go out for parts. We were so impressed with the quality and service of the visit that we signed a contract with the company for general maintenance and service.”

He arrived earlier than anticipated, took the time to explain what was going on, showed us where the issue was, how it works so we understood how to avoid future issues and was able to get us back up and running. Josh showed us how we could benefit from some optional items and explained how it would be beneficial for longevity of our unit... essentially explained the value of the price. Josh shared some company history with us and the community they have at One Hour that really made me appreciate this company that much more.
