“My A/C went out on a Thursday night. I called in Friday morning to schedule an appointment with One Hour. Brandon arrived Friday afternoon to assess and give me several options. He explained each one in detail and didn't push me in my decision making. Keep in mind, my heating and cooling unit was 26 years old. I decided to go with the best option available, especially since they offered payment plans. Saturday morning, bright and early, Cameron and Sedric arrived. Without hesitation, they got straight to work, removing my old units, cleaning all my duct work (which has never been done) and prepping for the new units going in. Sedric and Cameron put me at ease with their professional approach and attitude during the entire job. After working tirelessly all day, I now have a brand new, updated, top of the line heating and cooling system, with a great warranty and a piece of mind. “Aaron, Cameron, & Sedric were very knowledgeable, professional and great to work with identifying a serious problem and replacing my entire AC/heating system - all within 24 hours! On a routine 6-month service check two days ago, Aaron found a crack in our heating manifold that was leaking potentially dangerous amounts of carbon monoxide into our home around noon on Wednesday, then Cameron & Sedric had replaced our entire system by 2:00 on Thursday. Talk about fast and efficient service - WOW!!! These outstanding professionals were on time, their work was excellent and they completely cleaned up after the job as if they were never here. I will definitely ask for them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a fantastic & reliable HVAC company & crew!”

“Aaron came to our house quickly on a Sunday to help out with a furnace issue. Another company had been to the house twice in the past week, billed us both times, but never fixed the problem. Aaron was awesome! Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and patiently explained the source of the problem. Quickly got our furnace going and offered future assistance if we had any other issues. “Technician Aaron was excellent with his presentation and knowledge of the system. I started out wanting to just replace an old thermostat with the exact same one.
