He had it all broken down on the sheet and offered to take the price of the repair and put it towards a new furnace. My furnace is old and needs replacing, so I know he was on the level. He got it up and running pretty quickly, so far so good. He was polite and to the point. I would recommend Ross one hour heating and air conditioning. My house warmed up nicely. I've used them before and like the service.”

“My heat went on on New Year's Evening. I called CNG and the showed up called as they sat in front of my house to advised they were here. They called right back and said that they had to leave for they just got a gas leak call and someone will call me to let me know when the the next tech would come. I went on Google and found this company and called and while crying explained what was found on and what I have already tried. The lady was so nice and explained everything to me and gave me a 4p to 6p appointment. Nathan arrived at around 4:30pm and I advised him of what I have tried to do and he went right to work. He found that it was an electrical issue. He fixed it and Cleared out any sluggish stuff from the boiler and tought me how to check the pressure. He was awesome”
