“I needed new AC but my attic bedroom was always too hot or too cold. Andrew the comfort advisor (salesman) sat down with me after measuring all the rooms in my house and went over my options but wasn’t pushy to make a sale. He helped me decide on a unit within my budget and he explained a mini split system would be my best option to cool and heat the upstairs (older home with not enough ductwork) . The very next day a crew came on time and spent the whole day installing what I needed and updated the electric box to accommodate it. I wish I caught all their names to give them credit but they know who they are. I’m looking forward to summer now and sleeping in comfort. Mitchell’s One Hour exceeded my expectations.”

Both techs we've had come out went above and beyond to answer questions, explain our unit, and overall make sure we had a great experience! I highly recommend not only using them for any service necessary, I also highly recommend their preventative maintenance program. There were no inflated charges, no pressure to purchase unnecessary extras, and honest conversation about our needs. Bonus... there was no wait time, they got us in right away, but would have been worth a wait if necessary!”

“My experience with “One Hour” heating & air conditioning was an impressive one right from the start. The technician, Micah, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive at my home. He was prompt & when he introduced himself at my door, was warm and friendly, which put me at ease. I appreciated the time he took to explain the testing he would do to determine any issues with my AC unit. He did it in such a way for me to easily understand. “Called at 3:58pm, got a call back at 4:03. Appointment made for the same day. Was informed that the tech Anthony was dispatched to my address. He was at my house by 4:50 !! After a severe storm came thru, we lost power. When the power came back on, the AC wasn't cooling as it normally does. I left for work at 7am, and it was already 74 in the house. By the time my son left for work it was 78. Anthony showed up, had a quick discussion with me about what happened, and immediately went to the outside unit. He did his diag, tests, checked amperage, verified voltage, signal, and RUN/START capacitor operation. Like a true professional. He tired some quick tests, made sure it was what he suspected, and gave me a proper diagnosis and explanation. I'm an automotive technician, so I understood what the process was and what he was explaining. Turns out, the outside unit went bad during the power surge, as I suspected. He was totally professional, spoke clearly, and knowing my level of knowledge in the mechanical side of things, showed me the specs and the actual performance of my outside unit, and the amps it was drawing. I'm an ASE master technician, so I know bull-crap when I hear it. Anthony gave me straight answers, verifiable proof, and no BS options. This is the FIRST time I've EVER called an Ac company to come out to me. But with what I've seen, how I was treated, the amazingly fast response, and the brutal honesty I received.....I think I found my new GO-TO AC service company. I will recommend them to everyone I know that needs AC service.”
