“Brad did an excellent job! For our semi-annual maintenance check, he checked all the units upstairs and down and we got a good report. He also went far above the job and offered to help me with an issue I had with the attic fold down stairs to get to the upstairs heating unit; the rope to pull it down broke and he fixed it with a better/stronger replacement. Also I needed 3 air filters replaced in the house (I already had the filters needed) and he took care of those, too!
