“Exceptional service. On the coldest day of the year our furnace stopped heating our home. With a 9 month old I was desperate to get someone to come out quickly. I already had a company that I worked with for our furnace and AC maintenance but even though I was a service member they were not able to come as quickly as I wanted so I started making calls. When I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning they had a technician out very quickly and had the issue resolved. From the office staff answering the phones to the technicians everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also especially love that before they send a technician to your home they text you a photo and bio of the person you will be working with. I will be ditching my old company and work with One Hour moving forward. Thank you for getting our home warm again!”

“I am writing this review to highly recommend the services provided by Josh from One Hour heating & Air. We recently had an issue with our furnace not working properly, and Josh was dispatched to our home. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful. Despite his relatively young age, his expertise was immediately apparent. He listened carefully to my description of the problem, performed a thorough inspection, and quickly and precisely diagnosed exactly what was wrong with the unit. He clearly explained the issue and the necessary repairs before proceeding with the work. The lady that took the call was so nice! I called the local company that serviced the unit last. They couldn’t come out for about a week. Great job everyone.”
