He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful of my decisions of how I would like to proceed. I must add… I’ve been with Simmons since 1993 when they installed a system in my previous house. When I purchased my current home they installed a system in it. No problems with their units and customer service has always been superb!!!”

“This company is legit!! Fixed our problem, didn't try to sell me a whole new HVAC system. Our technician, Mr. Nation was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He showed us what was causing our system to blow cold air when it should have been heating. He fixed what he could but had to order a part since our system is so old. Good experience, good company, would recommend.”

“Bailey Nafziger was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to quickly and efficiently dismantle and install the new system. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained everything about the new system as well as teaching me a few things about other components I had such as my air exchanger and dehumidifier and how to properly maintain and clean these which I knew nothing about. He definitely made this stressful situation much easier and did so in a quick manner. Highly recommended.”

“My furnace quit putting out heat on the coldest days of the season. Alya did an initial assessment and a new furnace was needed. He was informative, very helpful and went out of his way to provide great service. JP also helped in installing my furnace and I am truly grateful for him and his positive attitude. I noticed after the furnace was installed that the pilot light was out on my hot water tank. The next morning I called and spoke with Heather. She told me someone would be out the same day and sure enough Dane came out to light the pilot light. He showed me how to reset it and said to call back if there were any further problems. To each and every one of you I can't say "thank you" enough. It's hard to find great service from honest and professional people but I have to say my rating for this company's staff and service should receive an A+++.”
