We had a great experience with one hour heating and cooling. Got an appointment scheduled for the evening because that was the earliest appointment available. Brett called and said he could be on the way within the next hour. We did end up having to replace our unit but it took Parker less then 4 hours to get everything up and running from start to finish. As someone who just experienced a total nightmare dealing with electricians, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone respond quickly to our needs, be reasonably priced and actually stand by their work. We will continue using One Hour Heating & Cooling in the future.

They were a great help. Cory Richardson came out and was immediately able to identify the multitude of problems with my out of date AC and let me know the benefits of upgrading. Bret Wilson was able to find me a great deal on their best option and he was able to get someone out super fast for the install, and Ron Parodi was able to remove everything the same day and flawlessly installed everything for me with no hiccups and left no messes. I’m very happy I went with them and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacements. Everyone was very friendly and punctual. Great service!

I am writing this review to highly recommend the services provided by Josh from One Hour heating & Air. We recently had an issue with our furnace not working properly, and Josh was dispatched to our home. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful. Despite his relatively young age, his expertise was immediately apparent. He listened carefully to my description of the problem, performed a thorough inspection, and quickly and precisely diagnosed exactly what was wrong with the unit. He clearly explained the issue and the necessary repairs before proceeding with the work. The lady that took the call was so nice! I called the local company that serviced the unit last. They couldn’t come out for about a week. Great job everyone.

He holds a Master Mechanical license in addition to having held several other licenses including his Professional Engineering license. His desire is to provide world class service to the Kansas City Metro area.

Denise has been an owner since 2005. Throughout the past eighteen years of the company’s existence, Denise has worked right alongside her husband and co-owner, Steve, to build the company to what it is today. She has served in numerous roles, from client care representative, to administrative assistant, general manager, has executed marketing campaigns, and now is the human resources director. Denise has been driven throughout her life to serve others and learned this mindset as she grew up in a pastor’s family serving in multiple churches across America. She has experience directing church camps, music competitions, and believes homeschooling her children has helped her develop skills that transfer to training and human resources. When not working, Denise loves campfires, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her grandkids.

Kyle has been with One Hour for over 15 years and has been involved in almost every aspect of the business operations. Currently, Kyle serves as General Manager, overseeing all day to day operations.
