“We started working with Dustin last year. After having two other companies come to our home and not fixing our issue, Dustin was a breathe of fresh air!!! It was our Capacitor that needed to be replaced. He recommended their Maintenance Program to add to the repair he performed. And yes it was an additional costs. Totally worth it! The office called us to remind us we were due for our Maintenance Service. Dustin was here on the 24th of March to service our system. He took them apart he cleaned them. He checked our lines and made sure we were ready for the summer season..He also gave us additional tips on preventative maintenance and recommending that we stay on top of keeping the units clean to avoid build up of grass clippings especially during grass cutting season. Neat in appearance, ready to work, on time, knowledgeable, and he DID NOT try to sell us services we did not need. Thank You for your time and consideration, Dustin! We appreciate your honesty and integrity.”
