    • I chose your company for heating and cooling work done. Rebecca was fantastic. She is personable, smart, respectful and loves what she is doing. She represents you so very well. One suggestion for sale representative: if Meacham is going to be late please let the customer know. Other than this I would rate sales reps "5".

    • Our overall service was met with very professional, experienced staff. Our installation crew, Nate, did an excellent job assessing and fixing a heating issue we had. He also came out in October to asses a hot water heater leak that we had. He is experienced professional, and a nice man.

    • My neighbor recommended you. I was not satisfied with the previous plumber as he did not return calls and his work was not done neatly. But Meacham's staff was very prompt service and delivered on their promises! Our call representative was Lynn and she was very nice to talk to. She made me feel that my problem was her top priority. She most certainly is an asset to your company. Our installation crew, Bernie, was superb. He arrived looking neat and clean. He was very cordial and his work was as neat as he is. I will absolutely request Bernie for my next plumbing project. I hope he never retires.

I didn't know what to expect but she outlined the areas of the issue completely. Even when she had to lean a ladder against a wall, she put a protective pad behind it. When this problem occurred, I was uncertain whether or not this was caused by that installation but was assured that it had not caused it.     • The original diagnosis on Mothers day was done quickly and accurately. The only down side of the experience was the overall cost. Disappointed with the reliability of the Lennox brand given that such a significant repair was needed on a 6-year-old system, which gives me some concern that repeated failures could break the bank. Angel came out on Mother's day to diagnose my heat pump issue. My have just broken her arm and was in significant pain and add to that the heat on that day. While it could not be fixed that day Angel was very considerate of our situation and offer to install any window AC we might have had. Great offer you don't see much of these days. Our call representative was Jane and she was very supportive to get the repair scheduled as soon as the part was available. Great job. A few days after the repair the unit stopped working again and Jane was able to get Angel back out here quickly and facilitate the adjustment that was needed.

    • I would like to add that it is obvious that customer service is an important part of your business ethic. Both over the phone to schedule appointments or answer my concerns (Sue, Suzanne, Jean Rosetti (spelling?)) or in-person (Jay O'Brien and Angel). I like that we did not feel pressured to replace our heating system simply because it was 17 years old. Even though this is what we ultimately decided to do. I have never felt that any of the technicians were pushing any services or products that I did not need. When we called Angel let us know he was only one town away and we would be his next stop. Angel has been to our house in the past. As always he was polite, knowledgeable and took the time needed to make an accurate diagnosis of the problem.Angel made sure the heating system was running and that we had heat. He understood that we were going to replace the system, but still made sure it was in working order so that we were safe and warm until that replacement appointment could be made. I really appreciate that your technicians wear those boot covers whenever entering the home. I understand this can be a bit of a pain, but I like to think I keep a neat house and the boot covers are very much appreciated! Thank you!

    • Great job. We thought our hot water heater was causing the particulate in our air. Mark mentioned it could be our humidifier from hard water. Once we stopped using the humidifier for a few days the air cleared up. He also did a great job testing our hot water heater combustion and exhaust confirming the unit was not the issue for the inside air and was drafting properly. He also checked and recommended furnace exhaust blower replacement. Once that was done we don't even hear the unit start anymore. Another good find.
