"We contacted 6 HVAC companies after receiving an extremely high quote from an area competitor the day before. I circled back to One Hour- because of Hannah. The excellent customer service was consistent from that initial call (Hannah) to follow calls and to the Technician (Josh B.). The team was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and thorough. Yesterday we received a diagnosis and repair estimate of $2500- $4500, with parts having to be ordered, and being without air for 5 days. Today, "One Hour Heating & Air" diagnosed and repaired the root cause issue for $450. Extremely appreciative of Josh.
