He explained the need for a small part to be replaced on our oldest unit and quickly took care of it. Fortunately we signed up for annual service which provides us a discount on parts should we encounter the need. He was thorough and answered all our questions. While we have had service before, we were particularly impressed with his manners and professionalism! Great experience!”
