New furnace, new ac, and replaced the google nest with a simpler one which I prefer. We are up and running for rest of winter and for summer! “Mitchell West was our technician. He arrived when he said that would be here. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our outside AC Unit, explained the problem and needed repairs to me. He also explained and showed me how to properly clean the outside unit which would help keep the unit running efficiently. Something that I will start doing every spring going forward. He was prompt, courteous, and very informative. It was a very good experience during the service call and even better when he was done as we had ice cold air flowing again in our house.
