Manny Vargas is the absolute best technician you could hope for. We had no heat for the last few days and our scheduled home warranty service technician bailed on us at the last minute. We have a 9 month old baby so we needed someone ASAP. I reached out to AAA and they were kind enough to assign Manny on the same day. There are some people who just do the work, and there are some who leave you happy and satisfied. Manny was the second kind. If you ever need help with your HVAC, Manny is your guy! P.S. He just became a new father, so congratulations to him!

On a Saturday morning, we discovered that our furnace was not working properly. I contacted the emergency services number and the on-call technician , Manny V, responded in a very timely fashion, despite the fact that he was on another emergency call. He kept us well informed of his arrival time and was here promptly when he said he would be. He was courteous, efficient, and assured us of timely follow up on the problem that was discovered. He was able to get our furnace running again, assured us that he would be in touch in regards to a replacement of the faulty part. Manny is an excellent representative of AAA Northgate and their customer service promises.

I have been SO fortunate to have had Manny Vargas as my technician for the last couple of maintenance checks. It would be an understatement to say that Manny is polite and friendly. He always explains his services and actions and takes the time to answer all of my questions. He makes sure I understand his services/explanations without using technical terms that are over my head AND without talking down to me. As a woman, I greatly appreciate that!! He is always punctual and very respectful of my time and busy schedule. Manny is the absolute best and I sincerely hope he continues as my technician!

AAA Northgate Heating & Air Conditioning gave us prompt careful, professional service that got our old much-loved Singer furnace running after finding an electrical problem with our old flue damper. The furnace runs great. The technicians were very courteous, helpful and gave us valuable advice. We appreciate it and signed up for a service contract.
