“I've just gotten the best service from this company. My thermostat became a little glitchy (which is bad news on the first chilly day of the season, right ?) That was no problem for the "One Hour AC&H" company. Within 2.5 hours, Mario, a superb technician, was knocking on my door. He got right to work in a confident manner. I stayed out of his way as I observed that he was quite focused. After half an hour of clicky tools, gauges and beeps, Mario tested my system, changed my filter and showed me how to use the new thermostat efficiently. He managed the problem nicely. ...And he was one of the most polite people I've met in a long while. I shall refer your company's services to everyone because THIS is what customer service is all about !”
